Dr. Jerry A. Iavarone graduated from National College of Chiropractic in 1985 with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology. Since opening up his practice in 1986, he has treated numerous patients including professional athletes. He is Board Certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and is licensed to practice in Illinois and Florida.
Dr. Iavarone received an advanced certification from the Spine Research Institute of San Diego. Dr. Iavarone treats Cervical Acceleration/Deceleration Trauma and Whiplash related disorders and is also certified as a Sports Physician which he uses to educate patients on athletic performance and mechanism of injury and prevention. Dr. Iavarone is also Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and educates athletes on injury prevention and sports performance.
Dr. Iavarone is Board Certified in Childhood Developmental Disorders by the American College of Functional Neurology and was trained at the Carrick Institute for Functional Neurology in Marietta, GA. This method of treatment is drug-free and is for children with ADHD, Dyslexia, Autism, Asperger's, and Children with Sensory Processing Disorders and Learning Disabilities.
